The size of a two-piece watch strap like this one is measured separately. Take medium size as an example: 120 / 75mm, 120 mm represents the length of the longer side of the strap, from the watch lug to the tip on the strap. While 75 mm represents the shorter side of the strap, from the watch lugs to where the leather ends (not including buckle).
To determine which strap size suits you, you may measure your old watch strap and choose a length similar to the strap you are currently using. Or, you may measure your wrist and refer to the sizes below:
Small: 105/70mm fits wrists approximately 5 3/4" to 6 3/4"
Medium: 120/75mm fits wrists approximately 6 1/2" to 7 1/2"
Large: 135/80mm fits wrists approximately 7 1/4" to 8 1/4"
A tapered watch strap means the watch strap is tapered from the lugs towards the buckle and the strap tip. Take width 24/22 mm as an example, the width of the strap at the lugs, where it is installed on the watch is 24 mm. On the other end, the width of the watch strap at the buckle and the tip of the strap are tapered down to 22 mm.

About the leather:
Hermann Oak® Leather Co. found it’s beginning when Lewis Charles Hermann started tanning leather in St. Louis, Missouri in 1881 to serve the local harness trade. Three more generations of Hermanns have followed Lewis’s footsteps to bring the finest vegetable leathers to market. The Hermann Oak® tanning process has not changed much throughout the years. They still use the finest natural tree barking their tanning liquors for richness and texture. The leather is soaked in ground-vats until its firm, strong and tight fibered. Hermann Oak’s technicians hand-work each sir for a smooth, consistent, even colored piece of leather. You’ll appreciate the quality that comes from over 100 years of experience.
The worlds best saddle artisans specifically use Hermann Oak® leather because of how well the leather tools, finishes, and ages.

Fits well, leather strap is rather thick but is supple and is very comfortable to wear.
I've had this strap for nearly 4 weeks now. In short, 5/5 stars.
The dimensions, thickness and width, were precise: the strap was exactly to spec, and it fitted perfectly. It's impressively thick. You may wish to measure your watch to ensure specifying a fit between the spring-loaded attachment rod and the watch body.
The stitching is fantastic, each stitch is precise and identical in length and straightness. It looks very professional.
The leather was very "veg tan" when I got it, a slightly pink sheen. It has very quickly started developing a patina, transitioning through light tan to a more medium tan now. It's a way off (dark) brown yet, but I can see some parts turning that way slowly. It shows some variation in colour that I like. Plenty of character.
Delivery was good considering it had to pass customs.
