Hi, my name is Colin Hui. Back in 2011, I picked up leatherworking tools for the very first time. I didn’t have a grand business plan; I just wanted to make a meaningful, handmade gift for my girlfriend. Today, that girl is my wife, and the obsession with creating things by hand has stayed with me ever since.

In 2013, I founded Eternal Leather Goods in Hong Kong as a direct alternative to today’s disposable mindset. We live in a world where almost everything feels engineered to have an expiration date—our phones slow down after two years, our clothes fall apart after a few washes, and we've been conditioned to just throw things away. I wanted to craft the exact opposite.

Working independently from my studio, I handcraft premium leather pieces designed to last a lifetime, not a season. True to the name "Eternal," these aren't items meant to be replaced. They are built to live your life alongside you, absorbing every scuff, story, and mile until they become a beautiful, lifelong companion that is entirely your own.
