Normal vs Wide
Normal-sized TNs will accommodate inserts up to 2cm, while the wide versions hold inserts up to 4 cm without overhang. The wide versions will also have a longer strap closure to hold more inserts.
PEN LOOP SIZE
Pen loops of the cover have a circumference of about 6 cm. If you prefer not to have a pen loop, please leave a note during checkout.
STRANDING OPTIONS
2 Strands: This is the default option of the cover, it holds 2 inserts inside the cover. The knot of the elastic band is hidden in the brass bead. Latching bands are required to hold more than 2 inserts.
4 Strands (Please leave a note during checkout for this option): This option allows you to accommodate 4 inserts in the cover without having to add latching bands. The knots of the elastics are hidden inside the cover. Latching bands could be added in order to hold more than 4 inserts.
About the leather:
Minerva Box Vegetable Tanned Leather comes from the Badalassi Carlo Tannery in Italy. They are well known for their premium vegetable tanned leathers and the beautiful colors are able to produce.
