You're looking at menu covers constructed with of Buttero vegetable-tanned cow leather from Conceria Walpier Tannery of Italy. The menu cover is constructed of sturdy 4-5oz leather. An elastic band spine is tied onto the cover to hold a booklet or a piece of paper. The Buttero leather used to make this menu is available in 12 colors, please refer to the last photo for reference.
